If your complaint is truly legitimate, we will do our best to make sure you see justice and that the situation is resolved in your favor.
That being said, this forum has a very strict set of guidelines that you must follow. Just as much, you need to make sure that when you are submitting the complaint, you are doing so rightfully and properly. The rules below must be followed to the absolute maximum. If there is any question to the validity of your complaint, it will be swiftly denied. While we support transparency, we do NOT support sovereign citizenry and social justice. BY SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT AGAINST A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX ROLEPLAY STAFF TEAM (TRAINEE, MOD, OR SENIOR MOD) THE PLAINTIFF (HE WHO SUBMITS THE COMPLAINT) AGREES TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

[*]The plaintiff will be 100% honest in his wording. He will not try to dramatize the situation, add in false parts, or fabricate what happened.
[*]The plaintiff agrees to provide VIDEO evidence of abuse that happens by action (what the staff member does) and PICTURE evidence of abuse by speech (what the staff member types in chat).
[*]The plaintiff agrees that upon submission, his complaint is both truthful AND respectful, and does not improperly slander the name of any user or staff member regardless of what happened.
[*]The plaintiff agrees to abstain from any namecalling or obscene language in his complaint as well as any actions or speech regarding the situation.
[*]The plaintiff agrees that he will not encourage or incite or otherwise seek to cause a witchhunt against any staff member.
[*]The plaintiff will not cite other users as evidence against the actions of a team member UNLESS aforementioned other user has important evidence that the plaintiff does not have himself.
[*]The plaintiff will not demand or ask for a verdict, nor will he demand compensation for what happened REGARDLESS of the validity and outcome of the complaint.
[*]The plaintiff agrees not to discuss the complaint AT ALL WHATSOEVER outside of the complaint thread. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A DENIAL OF YOUR COMPLAINT AND A BAN FROM THE SERVER AND WEBSITE FOR A LENGTH NOT TO EXCEED 2 WEEKS.
